Frequently asked questions

How does build credit work?

To build your application, you must have sufficient build credits available for your project. Each completed build request requires one build credit, which will be deducted from your account.

How much does support and updates cost for my application?

For each successful build, we offer six months of complimentary support from the date of the latest build, regardless of your subscription status. Should you require ongoing support beyond this period, you may continue to receive assistance by rebuilding your application.

Can you do design changes or other paid work for me?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom work for individual projects. Our application provides pre-defined templates that you can use to create and build your application. These templates are fully customizable within our app builder to suit your needs.

Can I sell my mobile application?

Yes. A build grants you a non-exclusive license to commercially distribute your application. However, this license does not extend to any technologies used within your application. For licensing and distribution details related to these technologies, please consult the licensor of the respective technology.

Do I need to install something on my website.

No. As long as your website is responsive, accommodating various screen sizes and providing the intended user experience, it will be acceptable. However, for optimal results, we recommend refining your website layout or designing a specific layout for mobile devices, which can be activated based on the browser's user agent.

Do build credits rolled over?

No. Upon expiration of your subscription's billing cycle, your billing method will be charged, and your account will be allocated a new set of build credits. Please be aware that any build credits not utilized within the current billing cycle will be forfeited.

What's the refund policy?

If you have not utilized any of your credits and request a refund by submitting a ticket within the first 7 days, we will provide a full refund. After this period, you may cancel your subscription; however, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, as it comes with no commitment.

If I cancel my subscription do I lose access to my application?

Canceling your subscription will not affect the functionality of your mobile application; it will continue to run without any issues. The subscription provides you with a specific number of build credits, each of which allows you to create a new version of your application.

However, once your subscription is canceled, you will no longer be able to generate new versions. To obtain additional build credits, you would need to resubscribe to a plan.
